Services ProvidedOur standard Gutterly Cleaning Service includes our Signature 9-Point Home Protection Service, which may involve:
✅ Removing debris from all accessible gutters
✅ Flushing downspouts to ensure proper flow
✅ Cleaning up debris that has fallen from gutters during service
✅ Performing a visual inspection of gutters and downspouts to identify visible issues or areas of concern
✅ Performing minor repairs, at the technician’s discretion — such as tightening loose fasteners, re-securing brackets, or addressing small leaks where safely and reasonably possible
✅ Applying a light mold or algae spot treatment using Mold Armor® or an equivalent product, only on visibly affected areas and at the technician’s discretion
✅ Providing a brief summary or report noting any observed issues, recommendations, and services performedAll cleaning and treatments are performed using professional judgment and within safe, reasonable limits. The extent of any repair or treatment is solely determined by the technician based on safety, accessibility, and scope.3. Services Not IncludedTo maintain safety and quality, our standard cleaning does not include:
❌ Major repairs, sealing, caulking, or full gutter reattachment
❌ Roof or siding cleaning beyond light debris removal from gutter work
❌ Internal roof inspections or climbing onto steep, unsafe, or fragile roofing surfaces
❌ Clearing underground drain lines (we service only above-ground downspouts)
❌ Removal of ice, snow, or animal nests
❌ Pressure washing or any exterior surface restoration
If additional issues are identified during inspection (e.g., damaged fascia boards or disconnected downspouts), we’ll document them and provide recommendations. These may require a separate estimate or qualified contractor.4. Weather & SafetyWe reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, high winds, or unsafe roof conditions. Our technicians are trained to use safety-first judgment in all circumstances.5. Access to PropertyPlease ensure safe and reasonable access to your property on your scheduled date, including:Unlocked gates or access pointsPets secured indoorsVehicles or obstructions moved from service areasIf access is not available, your appointment may be rescheduled and subject to a service fee.6. Payment TermsPayment is due upon completion unless prepaid online. Accepted methods include credit card, debit, or digital invoice. For online bookings, a valid card may be required to hold your appointment slot.7. Cancellation PolicyAppointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you are not satisfied with your service, notify us within 48 hours. However, Gutterly is not responsible for:Pre-existing damage to gutters, fascia, roofing, or sidingWater flow issues caused by poorly designed or installed gutter systemsDamage from debris or materials inside underground drainsRoof leaks, shingle damage, or deterioration unrelated to gutter performanceAll repairs and treatments are provided as a courtesy, not a guarantee. Gutterly is not liable for mold or algae returning, or for the long-term effectiveness of any spot treatment.Our technicians will document and communicate any observed damage before or after service.11. Communication & MarketingBy booking online or providing your contact information, you consent to receive emails or text messages related to:Appointment confirmations and remindersService updates or promotionsReview or feedback requestsYou may unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time.12. Limitation of LiabilityGutterly’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service performed.
